Up to 72 hours: You can cancel your reservation for FREE up to 72 hours before your scheduled reservation. Within 72 hours: If you ancel within 72 hours of your reservation, a single daily rate cancellation fee will be applied per e-bike. Within 24 hours: Should you cancel within 24 hours prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee for the entire reservation will be applied. Yes, Breezy Bee's Rentals offers roadside assistance for a fee. If you encounter any issues while on your adventure, please contact us for immediate assistance. For a flat tire, we will either fix the tire or swap the bike. You will be charged the repair cost for the tire. In addition, depending on your location at time of the flat, you maybe charged a roundtrip fee. In the case of a mechanical issue, we will swap the bike and assess the root cause of the problem. If mechanical issue was caused by customer misuse/negligence, a fee will be assessed. This roadside assistance ensures you can continue your e-bike adventures without significant delays.
